Saks Urban Design Hotel Frankfurt - Frankfurt am Main

The Saks Urban Design Hotel Frankfurt exceeded my expectations for a business stay. The thoughtfully designed room provided comfort along with a lovely outdoor area ideal for both working and socializing. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast, highlighted by the homemade zucchini omelette and refreshing ginger shot. The hotel's proximity to a great Italian restaurant, which offers delivery, added to the convenience of my stay.

The bar area was understaffed, leading to slow service.

The location in a good area was marvellous and pleasant and there were a shopping area and a supermarket nearby. Everything was good and within 20 minutes' drive of Frankfurt airport. The staff were all courteous and enthusiastic, great service

The room was GOOD, and we had a pleasant view of city.

The room design was excellent, maximizing comfort and space, and the gym offered fantastic skyline views. There were heating issues we reported that took time to resolve, and the breakfast staff could benefit from a friendlier approach. It's a nice place for short stays, with room for improvement in service efficiency.

the double room was newly renovated, had an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels.

I loved the clever room design in the Superior Queen Room, which maximized living space while still feeling cozy. The gym experience was unreal, with fine views of the Frankfurt skyline, made my workouts enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight with an extensive and delicious selection that kept me energized for the day.

Friendly staff and great fitness center, but bar service was slow.

The gym is certainly well designed, too bad about the empty water! The air conditioning in my room? Completely useless. I really had to call to find an english channel on the T.V. Which is unacceptable in this day and age. I almost shared my great experience, but just couldn't, with such inconveniences.

We enjoyed the fantastic location. The gym was a highlight for us, as it offered fine views of the skyline while my son and I worked out. The breakfast was good, especially the homemade zucchini omelette.

In my wife's opinion, having a small refrigerator in the room would be great.

Spacious superior queen room with air conditioning. Enjoyed the lovely spa on the 6th floor, perfect for relaxation. Conveniently located in a quiet residential area. A great base for exploring Frankfurt's attractions.

A bit of refreshing paint would enhance the ambiance. And the breakfast staff could use a touch of cheer.

Super spacious Superior Queen Room with air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a cozy seating area. Enjoyed the beautiful spa facilities, especially the sauna and fitness center. Breakfast was amazing with a range of choices. The room felt really well-designed and clean with great views from large windows.
